Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before registering for courses offered by Eldekhshab Ultrasound Gate (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, registering for courses, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Course Registration and Payment

  • Course registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
  • All fees are listed in [currency] and must be paid according to the payment schedule provided
  • Early bird discounts may be available for registrations completed before specified dates
  • Group discounts are available for organizations registering multiple participants

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 or more days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus an administrative fee of [amount]
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date
  • We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond our control; in such cases, a full refund will be provided

4. Course Attendance and Certification

  • Participants must attend all sessions to receive a certificate of completion
  • Partial attendance may result in not receiving certification
  • Certificates will be issued only after completion of the course and settlement of all fees

5. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and digital resources, are protected by copyright
  • Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Photography, audio, or video recording during sessions is prohibited unless explicitly permitted

6. Participant Conduct

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
  • Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the course without refund
  • Proper handling of training equipment is required; participants may be held liable for damage due to negligence

7. Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal information solely for course administration and communication purposes
  • Participant information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law
  • We may use anonymized testimonials and course photos for promotional purposes with participant consent

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our courses are designed for educational purposes only
  • Application of learned techniques in clinical practice is the responsibility of the participant
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or application of information provided in our courses

9. Health and Safety

  • Participants must adhere to all health and safety protocols during training
  • Any medical conditions that may affect participation should be disclosed prior to the course

10. Governing Law
